At Samridh Yoga Life, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Wellness Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is defective.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened wellness products
  • Herbal medicines
  • Personalized healthcare products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital content

Consultation & Yoga Sessions

Consultation fees and Yoga session fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

If Samridh Yoga Life cancels a consultation, customers may choose either:

  • A full refund
  • Rescheduling the appointment

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
